There would be the days that Anne or Tony would kindly take me home or to theirs after school due to my parents working. I would sit around the table with my best friend and her beautiful family for tea, always loved pizza night! I always remember Tony making us laugh so hard my ribs hurt! His sense of humour was priceless! Always knew how to cheer someone up even if he was having a bad day himself.

Whenever me and my mum walked through West Kirby, the majority of the time Tony would be in the shop and we’d pop in to say hello! He was always happy to see us!

The love he had for my mum’s bun loaf and pavlova  became hysterical hahaha
